In a world that often feels rushed and overstimulating, we wanted to create a gentle space where children can simply be children — exploring, imagining, moving, creating and connecting at their own pace.
Inspired by bush kinder and play-based learning philosophies, our sessions are thoughtfully designed to nurture curiosity, confidence, emotional wellbeing and a genuine connection to the natural world.
We believe some of the most important learning happens through simple moments: muddy hands, shared stories, climbing trees, collecting treasures, and feeling safe enough to wonder.
At The Little Grove Learning Co., children are encouraged to slow down, take risks, build friendships, ask questions and develop a lifelong love of learning through meaningful outdoor experiences.
Our hope is to create a calm and nurturing community where both children and families feel welcomed, supported and deeply connected.

Hi, I'm Grace
MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Grace, Kindergarten teacher, mother and founder of The Little Grove Learning Co.
With a background in early childhood education and a deep love for nature-based learning, I have always felt passionate about creating environments where children feel emotionally safe, capable and genuinely valued.
Over the years, I found myself increasingly drawn toward slower, more intentional approaches to early learning — experiences that honour childhood, encourage curiosity and allow children the freedom to explore the world around them in meaningful ways.
The Little Grove Learning Co. was created from that vision.
My approach is gentle, relationship-led and guided by the understanding that every child develops uniquely. I believe children thrive when they feel connected — to nature, to others and to themselves.
Through small group experiences, open-ended play and thoughtfully curated invitations to learn, I aim to create a space where children can build confidence, resilience, creativity and a strong sense of belonging.
It is such a privilege to be part of children’s early years, and I look forward to welcoming families into our little grove.
